About

The Mahamrityunjay mantra from the Rigveda is the great life-saving mantra of Mahadev. A sawa lakh (1,25,000) jaap anushthan is traditionally recommended in serious illness, surgery, accidents, fear of untimely death, Markesh dasha and severe graha pida. A team of pandits completes the jaap over 5 to 7 days in Ujjain, followed by a dashansh havan. Smaller 11,000 and 51,000 jaap packages are also available.

Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Ujjain
