Do I need to be present for the puja?
No. Pandits perform the puja with your sankalp (name, gotra and wish). This is a recognised shastric practice. You receive the video afterwards; Vishesh packages with live video let you join.
What is gotra and what if I do not know it?
Gotra is your paternal lineage (e.g. Bharadwaj, Kashyap). If you do not know it, "Kashyap" gotra is traditionally used.
How do I pay?
By UPI: scan the QR code or tap the UPI button. No card or wallet charges. Pay the exact amount shown including paise so your payment is matched automatically.
I paid but my booking is not confirmed.
Enter the 12-digit UTR on the payment page. Confirmation usually takes a few minutes. If it takes longer, contact us with your booking ID.
When will I get the video?
Usually within 48 hours of the puja, on your booking page and by email/Telegram.
Is prasad sent?
Packages marked "with prasad" include courier delivery of prasad within India.
Can NRIs book?
Yes. Pay with any Indian UPI app. International UPI (e.g. in UAE, Singapore) works where supported.
Are pujas done inside the Mahakaleshwar sanctum?
Garbhagriha rituals are governed by the temple administration. Our pandits perform pujas in the Mahakal kshetra and at the named temples and ghats as per their rules.
