This policy explains how Hari Mandir (puja.hargod.in and kundli.hargod.in, operated by HarGod) handles your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Data we collect

• Booking details: name, email, optional mobile, devotee names, gotra, sankalp, optional birth details and prasad address.
• Account data: email, name and profile fields you choose to save.
• Payment data: the UPI transaction reference (UTR) and amount. We never receive your UPI PIN, bank or card details.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs for security and rate limiting; privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use it

Only to perform your puja, confirm payments, send booking updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and improve our service. Pandits receive only the sankalp details needed to perform the puja (names, gotra, wish, date), never your email, phone or address, except the prasad address when you choose prasad delivery.

Kundli calculators

Birth details entered in our calculators are processed in your browser. For AI kundli analysis the computed chart is sent to our server and an AI provider to generate the answer.

Retention and your rights

Booking records are retained for accounting for up to 8 years; you may request access, correction or deletion of other data through our contact page.

We use a single essential login cookie. Advertising or analytics partners, if enabled, may use their own cookies.
